"We loved our time at the Kimmell House. Beautiful grounds and house was amazing! We stayed in the private cottage with a king bed. The bed was wonderfully comfortable, the sheets were the best I have ever felt, 4 pillows with a variety of firm and soft, and our room was lovely. They went above and beyond with extra comforts and treats. Breakfast both days was delicious and homemade from scratch, absolutely loved it. We had a wonderful weekend, and we are so thankful we found this gem of a B&B."

"Sarah's house was a perfect place for our family of 6 to stay for a long weekend! Comfortable rooms, open living room/kitchen and even a backyard with fire pit, sitting area and off-street parking. Sarah was a gracious host and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend this cozy house!"

"I really enjoy staying here. This trip I kept extending my stay. I had to leave for 3 days since it was already booked, so my sister and I took a side trip and then came back. The location is great and it was so nice to get up and take the dogs for a walk around the neighborhood. I have stayed here a few times and will keep coming back."
