"Our extended family of 16 adults stayed for a reunion weekend in October. We couldn't have asked for a more comfortable, well-appointed home. We took advantage of the hot tub, tennis court and the large firepit for roasting marshmallows as well as walking the mowed paths they have created on the property. When we had a small issue arise upon arrival, the property manager immediately responded and took care of it. We had several family members flying in/out of both Cleveland and Pittsburgh...

"A friend got married in Novelty and my choice of close places to stay were hotels East or Chagrin - I made the right choice. House is on a Main Street, but it is quiet, I didn’t hear a thing either night of our stay. Owners next door and friendly. There is a bar 100 yards away which I didn’t hear a peep from. I would stay again. If you want to have cable you need to bring a fire stick or other plug in device for the tv. "

"The property was a bit overgrown. The tree in the front yard blocked the view of the house from the street. The steps going into the house are very steep first step about 10 inches made it a bit difficult for me with a bad knee. The back porch sitting area had a couple chairs and a table but, the tree next to it was overgrown and un able to use. I was in town for a wedding so for just sleeping two nights it was better than a hotel. I only mention these things so that maybe it was an oversight by...

"It’s a functional one bedroom on a farm in a carved out area of a barn. The family who owns the farm are super nice people and their youngest daughter has the best smile. I would stay there again if I needed a place in the area. I will contact the property owner if I need a contractor as he’s a really good person. 10 out of 10"

"This is a lovely home which does have a small dock and access to the lake. There is a yard with a fire pit and a path back to the water. The neighborhood is quiet and you can walk to the public boat launch area in under 5 minutes. The house has plenty of areas for gathering together or relaxing alone.
