Perfect again

It was our third stay and it was again perfect. Fully equipped with all you need and as of this year also with a wallbox to charge the car we had lovely 3 weeks. The kids can simply go outside and have adventures. The lake was warm and only a few minutes away.

perfect summer

I think it speaks for itself that we are spend our summer here for the second time. It is a beautiful house in a very beautiful region of Sweden. Everything you need is there. "Everything but party and noise." .... perfect. Thank you very much Toni....!!!!

Erwartungen erfüllt

Wunderbar gelegenes Haus, welches in unseren Augen besonders mit dem großzügigen Wohn-Essbereich punktet. Perfekt für ein neugieriges Baby zum Krabbeln 😀. Die Küche ist mit allen Utensilien ausgestattet, die wir für unsere Versorgung benötigten. Als einzig negativ empfanden wir das Bett, welches für unseren Geschmack zu weich ist. Letztlich gibt es so viele positive Dinge zu erwähnen. Die tolle Terrasse, die Möglichkeit zu Grillen und die wunderbar krautige Wiese hinter dem Haus sind nur wenige Beispiele. Uns hat das Haus und der Gastgeber Toni durchweg positive Erlebnisse ermöglicht.

Tolles modernes Haus

Toll ausgestattetes modernes Ferienhaus, sehr sauber und urlaubstaktisch sehr gut gelegen, um die verschiedensten Aktivitäten in der Umgebung zu geniessen.

Ruhig gelegen mit zahlreiche Ausflugsmöglichkeiten

Das Ferienhaus war so wie beschrieben, es hat bei der Einrichtung an fast nichts gefehlt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war einfach und auch schnell. Wir hatten eine schöne Woche dort und fande die Kombination des nahegelegenen See und das 30min entfernten Ostseestrands (Sandhammaren) perfekt. Wir konnten unsere Woche in vollen Zügen genießen.

Traumhafte Unterkunft in super Lage

Das Haus hat alles was man für 3 Wochen gebrauchen kann, inklusive Grill im Garten, Klimaanlage und Waschmaschine. Toni ist immer für Fragen erreichbar. Der See in 5 Minuten erreichbar und eine gute Abkühlung. Das beste an allem ist die Ruhe, gelegentlich kommt mal der Fasan vom Nachbarn zu Besuch und macht auf sich aufmerksam. Sterne gucken nachts ist der Hammer. Ganz klare Empfehlung für das Haus und die Umgebung!

Fräscht hus i rofyllt område

Ett jättefint hus med allt du kan tänka dig. Finns allt du kan behöva i ett hus, känns som att värden tänkt på allt! Lyxigt med disk-och tvättmaskin (och naturligtvis fanns tvättmedel, mjukmedel och diskmedelstabletter😉) Altanen med många sköna stolar och utan egentlig insyn nyttjade vi mycket Badplatsen som ligger i närheten är också väldigt fin! Snabb och trevlig kontakt med värden innan och efter vår vistelse. Vi kan därför varmt rekommendera huset!!😊👍🏼

Super schön und ruhig

Das Objekt ist so wie beschrieben. Alles super geklappt und der Vermieter ist auch jederzeit ansprechbar. Nur im Bad könnten mehr Hacken sein. Aber ansonsten ist es ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Top-modern und super gemütlich

Die Hütte liegt ein wenig abseits der Hauptorte in der Region Simrishamn, es ist aber dennoch alles ganz schnell zu erreichen. Fast ohne direkte Nachbarn und in einem naturnahen Umfeld gelegen ist sie zudem sehr ruhig und dabei doch top-modern und super gemütlich. Und auch der Kontakt mit unserem Vermieter war super freundlich und einfach. Da kommen wir wirklich gerne mal wieder. :)

Semester på Österlen

Stugan var jättefin och bra utrustad. Det som kan förbättras är den utdragbara sängen som kanske kan bytas till en 140cm med riktig bäddmadrass. Saknade även en pendlad lampa över köksbordet. I övrigt inget att önska.😃

Mkt fin stuga

Härlig stuga, nära till det mesta på Österlen. Bra och snabb kontakt med stugägare både före och under vistelsen. Lite klent med städutrustning för slutstädning, men när det är det enda att haka upp sig på så är det nog väldigt bra! 😊 Rekommenderas varmt!

Fint läge

Från altanen har man obehindrat blick på naturen. Helt underbart! För oss var läget en perfekt utgångspunkt för cykelutflykter! Badplatsen vid nära sjön är fint! Från Sant Olof kan man cykla dressin som är ett roligt utflyktsmål! Vi var jättenöjda! Huset är fräsch och har allt man behöver! Kontakt till värden har alltid varit mycket okomplicerat!

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Schönes neues sauberes Haus in ruhiger Lage mit Garten. Badesee fussläufig. Strand 40min mit Fahrrad, 20min mit Auto.

Alles super

Wir hatten ein paar schöne Tage in dem Ferienhaus. Die Kommunikation mit Toni war jederzeit super. Das Wohngebiet ist ruhig. Im naheliegenden See kann man angeln. Das Haus war so wie beschrieben!

Mycket fräscht boende i lugn och vacker miljö

Ett väl genomtänkt, rent och trivsamt boende. Fantastisk miljö med naturen omkring och ändå nära till Kivik och Simrishamn. Toppen hyresvärd som var mån om att allt skulle fungera bra. Kommer gärna tillbaka!!

Smart holiday home in a lovely rural setting

This attractive, chalet-style holiday home in a tranquil rural location is spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, well-equipped and with a spacious modern living area. We were fortunate to be there during a sunny week in August: it was such a relaxing place to be, and there's nothing nicer after a day at the beach or exploring the countryside than sitting on the deck to catch the evening sun. The property is very close to Lake Gyllebo, which is a lovely place for a quiet swim. The coast is a short drive away, with some of the most beautiful and unspoilt sandy beaches I have ever seen. It's also an easy fifteen minute drive from Simrishamn - a pleasant harbour town with restaurants and supermarkets. The host was welcoming, helpful and communicative from start to finish. If you're looking for a place to relax, away from it all, this is ideal.
