"This hotel is absolutely horrible! It is incredibly overpriced, at the same rate as a Luxury Hotel, but they have service comparable to a Motel in Rural Alabama. They don't have a restaurant, they have a cafeteria with a fixed menu. The portions are tiny (cheap) and I left each meal still feeling hungry. They do not have internet in the Rooms. They do not stock their minibar. Half of the electrical outlets in each room do not work. The entrance of each room is accessed through a back alley...

"The property is well maintained and conveniently located just a short walk from the Musanze bus terminal. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful.
