With gated parking & secure gardens, 8m x 4m private pool with surrounding non slip terraces, outdoor shower, lounging and seating areas & gas barbeque.

Great Holiday Home
The villa is great, open plan, plenty of space. Bedrooms and bathrooms all a good size. The master bedroom very big and the ensuite is terrific. The setting is peaceful and the views over the mountains are fantastic. All of us found the pool area great, in particular my grandson (12) found the swimming pool super. Lovely holiday all round.

Absolutely amazing villa
We have been on a lot of villa holidays and we all agreed this was the best villa we have stayed in. It was beautiful inside and out and very clean on arrival. Very quiet and peaceful area. Pool was amazing and pool cleaners came every couple of days rather than the once a week which we’ve had at other villa stays. Host was extremely helpful and answered back to any queries almost instantly couldn’t have done more. If you want a peaceful, relaxing, scenic holiday away from it all this is the place to go.

Our stay at Mel's villa was amazing!
Our family of 2 adults and 2 children had a fantastic 11 days at Mel's property. There was plenty of space available especially that the villa is suitable for 6 people. Great level of equipment and appliances available which made us feel like home. Air conditioning in every room and lounge area which made our stay super comfortable, especially that the last few days were really hot. The surroundings are quiet and the pool area is always in the sun with plenty of loungers and other sitting areas. The house is equipment with an alarm system and this made us feel extremely safe. Thank you Mel for sharing your holiday home with us!

Home in the sun
We arrived on a Sunday, thinking we'd pop into the supermarket close by, en route. Unfortunately the supermarket wasn't open so we were extremely happy to find the essentials were already in the fridge and by the kettle, when we got to our villa. A nice, and unexpected, touch. The villa is of high spec, clean and the kitchen very well equipped. We had friends over for a meal and it was easy to prepare and serve as everything we needed was there. There's ample seating inside and outside, and the pool much needed to cool down. The air con in all rooms was great to cool down at night and made for a restful night. The villa is situated in a quiet residential area, and restaurants, beaches are a short drive away, so a car is needed. The owner, Mel, has been in contact and very helpful since pre-booking and then afterwards, right up until our departure. Any queries have been answered swiftly. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this holiday villa to anyone. We were a couple in our 50's, and it suited us, but it would definitely suit a family as it's so spacious. It was a pleasure to be able to share Mel's home in the sun. Thank you.

Traumhafte Villa in super Lage mit fantastischem Pool
Großzügige Villa in sehr ruhiger Wohngegend. Tolle Lage auf dem Hügel mit Blick auf das Meer in der Ferne. Verkehrsgünstig mit perfekter Anbindung zur Autobahn und alle Costa Blanca Hotspots zwischen Valencia und Alicante gut erreichbar. Der Pool ist traumhaft und für Kinder ein absolutes Highlight!

El alojamiento es bueno en casi todo y aqui solo voy a decir las cosas a mejorar y de poner en preaviso a los q vayais con bebes. La cuna que te dan carece de colchon solo la esterilla q suele traer la cuna plegable asi q si vais con bebe llevarse un colchon plegable. La otra parte es la tv que estan todos los canales en ingles vendria bien ponerle una antena normal para ver canales nacionales. Dicho esto que seria lo unico "negativo" el resto de la casa fenomenal lo pasamos muy bien en familia y la casa limpia y con todos los enseres para pasar unos dias y desconectar.

A lovely stay
The house is as you see in the pictures. We were with two kids and had a lovely week. Views to the sea from the suite room terrace and quiet ambient around the Villa. Mel was very attentive to any problem or request. We hope to come back another year because we felt like home 🥰

Este es el último mensaje con el responsable de la casa de alquiler, explica la lamentable experiencia:Mel: Nos deja muy sorprendidos, decepcionados y evidentemente muy enfadados su nota respecto a la casa que le hemos entregado tras nuestro alquiler vacacional. En primera instancia, le ruego verifique la existencia del mando del aire acondicionado al que se refiere ya que de ningún modo ha salido de la casa y mucho menos nos lo hemos llevado: estará en su soporte detrás de la puerta, o bien dentro del armario, y en última instancia puede haberse confundido entre la ropa de cama que rápidamente hemos recogido la mañana volcarsepnuestra salida. Por otro lado, la casa bajo ningún concepto la hemos dejado ” in a filthy state”, me parece una expresión insultante y despectiva, porque ni en nuestra propia casa , ni en casa ajena, nos comportamos de esa manera. Hemos recogido y limpiado la cocina, el horno , la barbacoa, todo el menaje de cocina y los armarios de la misma. Lo que haya quedado en la nevera ha sido mínimo , porque obviamente hasta último momento no hemos retirado de ella los alimentos perecederos, y algo pudo volcarse. Los baños y el suelo evidentemente no los hemos limpiado previamente a nuestra partida porque, tal y como usted misma me aclaró, la limpieza final estaba incluida en el alquiler: y en cualquier renta la limpieza final incluye esta limpieza ; así y todo de ninguna manera ha quedado la casa en estado asqueroso ni inmundo como usted refiere tan desacertadamente. No puedo asegurar que no haya alguna mancha o rozadura en alguna pared , tal como usted refiere, pero de igual manera a como usted me respondió a alguno de nuestros reclamos ante los diversos desperfectos de la casa cuando llegamos: estas cosas pasan con el uso de una casa y no se pueden evitar. Y me permito poner en duda que sea de la magnitud que usted refiere como para tener que repintar la pared. Todos los reclamos que usted nos está haciendo nos impresionan de una gran suspicacia, e inclusive formulados con el interés de sacar beneficio para exculparse de todos los desperfectos que encontramos nosotros al llegar a la casa. Le recuerdo que sacamos fotografías de todos ellos y así se los envié en mensajes privados para no perjudicarle y solo buscando mejorar su propiedad y ponérselos en conocimiento. De muchos desperfectos y carencias de la casa no quisimos incidir ni poner en evidencia: cobertizos con basura que imposibilitaron guardar allí bicicletas y e

Vacaciones de lujo
Ha sido una estancia estupenda! Fuimos una familia con dos niños pequeños. Desde el primer momento Mel fue muy atento y nos hizo la llegada muy fácil! La casa tenía absolutamente todo lo necesario tanto para los niños como de equipacion. No nos ha faltado nada. Lo único que echamos de menos es un poco de espacio de jardín ( césped) para que los niños pudieran jugar. Aún así hay espacio suficiente para que corran y jueguen, pero todo de piedrecitas. La única pega es que la presión de agua en las duchas es bastante floja, pero suficiente. Todo lo demás un 10! Recalco la limpieza, es extraordinaria. Y la piscina también, impoluta, incluso durante nuestra estancia venían a limpiarla. Sin duda repetiríamos!
