"Very grateful to the gentleman that checked us in. There was a hockey competition in town. Much of the hotel was filled with kids. He was very considerate and upgraded us on a floor that was very quiet. My only concern I had was the cleanliness of the bathroom; not cleaned very well. "

"The Nespresso machines don’t work, neither did the TV properly. I would recommend they get French Presses and electric kettles. The bathroom soaps and such smelled heavenly, and I have scent allergies it they didn’t bother me at all. The Spa was great and the area is beautiful."

"The BW is a special place for us, we love the river view and this time we got the same room we got when we first met, it was a special feeling. thank you, doug"

"Staff was great at front desk, room was clean and quiet. Had a bit of a weird sewer smell but not horrible. Cleaned during our two night stay which was nice. Restaurant on site had great drinks and food. Would stay again. "

"We were looking for a peaceful country setting where we could relax after a long drive and that is exactly what we found. The Outaouais Room was quiet and complete with a very comfortable bed, a well laid out bathroom and a beautiful reading nook. The host was very helpful with suggestions of where to have breakfast and dinner and his choices were excellent. It's an area that is definitely worth exploring again and we would book our stay again at the Grange."
