Great location, but this is an old hotel that needs to be renovated. The bed felt like a board, the pool water looked murky, the luggage racks looked like they were the first ones ever made. The front desk staff was great 😊. It's not their fault that this hotel needs to be renovated.

Liked the river view Liked the pool being open 24 hours fire pit didn't work . Last time we had a hot tub in the room they were taken out but it was a pleasant stay we will stay there again maybe offer discount tickets to attractions or something like that thank you we ended up having to leave a day early and got money back it was 4.7 stars

The rooms were great with a lovely balcony over the river. There were new comfy chairs on the balconies and in the pool area. Negatives were the gas was out on the fireplace, the railings on balconies were in need of sanding/painting and the elevator was internally dirty and in need of floor repair. There was also a missing hook for towels on the bathroom door.
