Studio with Breathtaking Mountain View

2 person mountain studio condo with 1 bath with year-round views of Mt. Leconte and surrounding mountains. Minutes from downtown Gatlinburg (4 miles) and from the National Park (3.5 miles). 1.5 miles from Ober Gatlinburg Ski Resort. Condo includes a balcony with rocking chairs to enjoy the phenomenal view, queen memory foam mattress, stainless-steel appliances (refrigerator, microwave, stove/oven, dishwasher), sofa, recliner, 4G smart flat screen tv, Blu-ray player, cable, WiFi, a selection of movies, books, and games. Keurig, hair dryer, granite counter-top, pots, pans, dishes, etc. Indoor & outdoor pool with two hot tubs, washer/dryers, conference area, & vending machine available in main building. Plentiful, free parking. Condo located on first floor. Non-smoking unit. No pets. Firewood available for purchase in office. Must be 21 to rent.

***The resort does NOT allow animals/pets and fines for any animal/pet on the premises, so this is a NO PETS/ANIMALS allowed property. You will be asked to leave without refund if you bring an animal/pet.

The property was very nice and had a great view of the mountains. Would definitely recommend this property for your stay. Short drive to downtown Gatlinburg and easy access to the National park without having to get in all the traffic. The host were very nice and kept us up to date with everything if we needed them (which we did not). Would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely amazing
Beautiful little condo tucked up in the Smokey Mountains! Well equipped and even had Kcups for coffee in the morning. Breathtaking views from the balcony and grounds. Perfect space for my husband and myself. The road up there was entertaining too - trust your navigation system! Easy access to the national park. We would definitely recommend this unit and would love to stay again.
