Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
It did noy say in the listing it was up stairs. I had my mim who is recovering from a broken knee. It was just me , my daughter, grandbabies, mom and sister. After arriving I tried contacting someone to see if they could move us downstairs. After numerous attempts we decided to try to gwt up the stairs. Then the next morning we woke up to snow, then we was concerned about getting mom back down the stairs so we left out by 10:00 am.
I continued trying to contact the owner, left messages, emails and still couldn't get them. Finally Tuesday I called and I spoke with Lily, explained the situation, she said expressed how sorry she was and wanted to make it right. She said call expedia qnd start the process and she would give me a refund. That is what I done, and then she tells tgem that is what she said but she now had aaid ahe couldn't. She is the the one who could do it so I'm upset she lied. It was even in a recorded line and expedia told her that but I guessbthey don't care.
