Beautiful home, well stocked with everything we needed and then some. Enjoyed all our meals on the screened in porch. Great location for taking our 3&4 year old granddaughters to Dollywood and Splash Country. Will definitely stay here again.

This cottage was perfect for our weekend trip! It is so convenient to all of the dining & shopping activities, but far enough off the main road that it was so quiet! The cottage was so clean & was already decorated for Christmas with a Tree!! We loved our stay & will be returning!

Great location near Parkway
This is the second time we have stayed in a rental unit on this street and we enjoyed our stay both times. The only recommendation I would make is leaving renters access to a garage door opener during the stay. We had a great vacation and hope to return again!

Very nice roomy home. Been going to the area for years and this is by far the best. Easy access to everything. Clean, fully stocked, roomy bathrooms ect.ect. dont waste your time looking any further. Book it while you can!

THE LOCATION WAS GREAT, CLOSE TO THE MAIN STREET AND JUST FAR ENOUGH AWAY IN A QUIET NEIGHBORHOOD TO BE PEACEFUL. THE PLACE WAS CLEAN AND ALREADY STOCKED WITH PAPER TOWELS ,TOILET PAPER ETC WHICH WAS NICE. MY FAMILY WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH OUR OVER ALL STAY, NO COMLAINTS. WE WOULD DEFENITELY STAY AGAIN.

Many small issues lead to uncomfortable stay
We agree with many of the previous comments, both on this website and in the guest book. Including: Not very clean, broken recliners, broken and squeaky bed, no extra pillow cases, worn towels, broken can opener, no garage door opener, and more. However, we gave it 3 stars, because location was good, TV was just fine, internet was good etc. With not very much effort this could be a very nice place to stay. I hope the owners put in the effort for the future.

Our Honeymoon
When we arrived, the property was easy enough to check-in. We did notice the condo hadn’t been cleaned very well, especially with COVID on the rise again. There was sticky food on the coffee table, food on the oven mitts, dust on the bedroom baseboards, and the floor had not been swept. The pillows on the master bed were king pillows with standard pillowcases on them. We opted to use the pillows from the other room, which were very stained. If I could upload pictures, I would, but unfortunately, I cannot. The shower in the master bath needs to be cleaned better as well. When I sat on the bench, I put my hand in soap scum. Which I personally found to be very disgusting. I believe they could have offered more towels. We only got four towels and four washcloths for a week’s stay. I had to wash daily so we would have towels to use. My husband nor I found the living room furniture to be comfortable at all. One side of the couch is sinking in. We couldn’t even sit on the couch together. On a positive note, the location was great and close to many attractions. We’ve stayed in other condos in the area, and we would personally not chose this property again.

Great for Baseball Tournament
My friend and our boys stayed here for a baseball tournament at the Cal Ripken facility. It was very close to the ballpark and lots of other Pigeon Forge attractions. One thing to note, there are two “units” together, which didn’t bother us, but it might be good for a larger group to know if they wanted to stay close together. The boys enjoyed the pool and the ping pong table in the garage. We also appreciated all the little touches like laundry baskets, labeled items, etc.

Great Getaway!
Our stay was awesome!. My sister, mom and I had a 3 day girls getaway to comfort mom on what would have been mom and dad's 56th wedding anniversary. We were able to relax with comforts of a home away from home which is what this property provided. We will be back.
