This is an airport hotel, so not very exciting but the sheets were good, towels fluffy & plenty of hot water. However, the dining options are very expensive as they know you can’t go elsewhere

Stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel is located within the parking lot and was close to the airport terminal and trains. Very clean and comfortable.

The outside of the hotel is not exactly the most brilliant of views - but it is within walking distance of Terminal South which is very convenient. Found the decor rather dull, beige and old-fashioned. Could do with being modernised. The floor was not clean - it had pieces of paper and one plastic ring on it. I had a meal in the restaurant and found the fish was nott thoroughly cooked! Very expenisve for what I got - fish, french fries and a small pot of what I was told were "mushi pees" - I believe it is an english "delicacy" but not sure what it is - bashed pees? I did speak to the Server - a young man - who was very understanding, helpful and advised the chef.

Room was an internal room with a window looking over the bar, noisy at night and early in the morning. Also bright lights all night long. No natural light. Did not sleep at all well a waste of money will not stay again.

Really convenient for LGW terminal. Check in super quick. Thought restaurant options limited - the sports bar served chips with everything and lots of pizz only. Room good. Noisy neighbours unfortunately.

We had a morning flight leaving Gatwick and didn't want to navigate the train from London that morning. Staying at this hotel, connected to the airport, provided a stress free option to the start of a long travel day. Would recommend staying here if you have an early flight.

Overall, I was very happy with the accommodations. The hotel room was clean, staff is professional and friendly, and the location is so convenient. My only complaints are the walls are thin and could easily hear phone conversations in the room next to me. Also, the bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. I don’t have back issues, but I actually experienced back muscle spasms after sleeping in the bed a few hours. I haven’t experienced back spasms in many years and fortunately, haven’t experienced anymore since the night at the hotel.

Extremely difficult to find after landing at North Terminal. No signage. No indication of need to take shuttle to progress to South Terminal. No staff on airport help desks. To read signage for all hotels you need powerful binoculars. Took 60 minutes from baggage collection to arrival at Hilton. When there excellent service.
