We stayed about 15 hours and problem after problem after problem, the pictures do not accurately reflect the site, it's a condo not a home. Not sure when the last people stayed there but the batteries on the smoke alarm and remote did not work (were able to get replacement batteries), the fridge was broken, the dock had caution tape across it, no back porch light, the screen to the sliding door was torn letting bugs in, the stairs were dangerously steep, a single life jacket, deck stairs were broken and pop up if stepped in the wrong spot, the wifi (which I asked about specifically prior to our stay) was weak and not sufficient for anything work related, the bathrooms appeared dirty due to rust stains and hard water, the water smelled like rotten eggs, there were ants on the counter when trying to prepare food, etc. Not even sure who owns this as you communicate with the "hosts" Jared and Doug, but someone named Suresh is involved and any onsite issues are directed to a different person who lives in one of the condos. Overall a disappointing trip, they refused to refund the balance of our trip as they offered us another unit but who wants more of the same. We had to call VRBO to negotiate a refund on our behalf, funny thing is they deducted the cleaning fee. Stay away
