"One of my favorite hotels once I reach Gaziantep. Everything is just done the right way except that my first arrival I didn't know that I should ask which room that I prefer, they have just let me stay in a room near the elevator which is not comfortable for me and they refused to change it. Also, most of the staff were not speaking english.
