"This hotel has an unbeatable view of the Pyramids and Sphinx, and a rooftop where you can see the Pyramid light show for free while you dine or sip a cup of tea or coffee. The staff is incredibly helpful, kind, and accomodating. They went out of their way to make sure my dietary needs were met, that I had transportation, they arranged a tour guide for me, and were always there to help. Kamal and Sherif were excellent!"

We stayed at a suite with garden, zoo and pyramid views breathtaking. The service is exceptional, the room service meals amazing. Well worth the price. Would stay there a million times more. I didn’t like the furniture that needs upgrading within 2-3 years, I didn’t like room service that needed a new menu and chef, I didn’t like the relative lack of training of staff at concierge and overall. I didn’t like being told all restaurants open until 1 am when only two were open. I didn’t like the smell of the cigar room reception. I didn’t like the Lebanese restaurant Zaitouni; it should be replaced immediately. "
