The location was really nice, close to everything but still in a calm area. Unfortunately our room (bathroom) was dirty upon arrival, but the front desk was very helpful and we got a new room right away. The Hotel is old and so is the standard, however for the price it's a good hotel.

I loved this hotel. The single room was quite large and clean and they were generous with the toiletries. No noise issues, and the location is great. The fish and chips at the restaurant and the service overall was great. I also really enjoyed the bottle of cava I received as a VIP. Would definitely stay there again.

Fabulous hotel with an amazing location. Good sized room with gorgeous views of the waterfront. Excellent restaurant and winebar on site with easy access to plenty of other good restaurants and tourist attractions. All staff were extremely friendly. We were pleasantly surprised by the free cake in the restaurant and getting private access to the spa when we booked the sauna. We enjoyed the free bottle of cava for being a VIP Expedia guest and would definitely recommend Hotel Hanza!

I had a wonderful stay at this lovely hotel. The location is unbeatable, with stunning views along the riverside and everything within easy reach. Shops, restaurants, and transport options are all within walking distance, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. Despite its central location, the hotel remains peaceful and quiet at night, ensuring a restful stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for both comfort and convenience!

Excellent location, right on the river and centrally located, the hotel arranged transfer from the airport and back, buffet breakfast is great, brilliant selection to choose from, Staff were friendly and very helpful, would definitely book again should we visit Gdansk again.

The staff here were amazing. I arrived exhausted from the US, and faced a large dilemma. They helped me significantly. Anna, Joanne, Luca, and Wiolcho, you are the best. They have a very clean and nice hotel as well. The view from my room of the canal was beautiful. The proximity to the city sights was very good. I highly recommend staying at Hanza.
