"The hotel is located at quiet neighborhood, there’s a gas station next to the hotel, so easy to go and buy items you might need. There are two or three bus lines close by, so if you don’t have a rental car and don’t want to use Uber, the bus line is very frequent. Overall, a decent hotel, no complaints. Very clean and quiet."

" Disappointing Experience for a Relais & Châteaux Property While the setting and concept hold promise, our stay fell short of expectations. Upon arrival, the front desk staff were indifferent and unwelcoming—offering no assistance with luggage, which is surprising for a property of this caliber. Our room was dusty with a clogged shower that should have been addressed before our arrival. Small details like these matter, especially when a hotel presents itself as part of the prestigious Relais & Châteaux network. "We've stayed at Hotel Hammer several times... and we will keep going back! An easy train ride from Frankfurt Airport and the hotel is directly across the street from the train station. We get greeted warmly every visit and much of the staff now feels like family. The rooms are comfortable and very quiet with special windows to reduce the noise. Breakfast is very nice with a coffee machine so you can make your own latte or cappuccino! "
