Shangri-La has a name as the best hotel in Colombo among our friends and even with very high expectations they exceeded them! The rooms, room service, and staff were all excellent. We extended our stay by another week!
Aslam was doing such a great job clearing and bringing us anything we needed. He was really sweet with our kids as well.
Rusiru made my kids their favorite pancakes each morning and he was working really hard and constantly had fresh French toast, pancakes, and waffles out just in time for all the guests. He was very happy and kind!
