"Honestly this was a wonderful experience from start to finish, every single staff member we encountered were friendly and helpful. "My husband has Parkinson's and he had difficulty several times when in the lobby and restaurant area and staff were very kind and helpful when we needed it. "The person at the reception desk seemed completely disinterested in his job, as if he was being bothered by the fact that we were checking in (granted, we were checking in after 11 p.m., but I would expect a more welcoming check-in after a flight).
