The staff made our honeymoon stay exceptional! Vincent, the concierge is such a pleasure and has a real passion for service. He provided us with detailed maps and recommendations for our outings. The breakfast buffet is unmatched and the service is attentive with additional menu offerings for no additional cost. Our room was modern, clean, and very comfortable with a view of the lake. Highly recommend and would stay again!

Wonderful stay with outstanding concierge service I had a wonderful time at this property. The energy of the place is so welcoming, and the room itself was beautiful, spacious, and comfortable. The view was nice, though the “lake view” is a bit too far away to really enjoy from the room. Aside from that, everything was perfect. Check-in was smooth and they even accommodated me early, which I really appreciated. The highlight of my stay was Vince, the concierge. He was absolutely amazing, helpful with every question I had, especially about navigating to the Glacier Express and getting around the area. His magical personality made everything feel easy and memorable. Overall, a fantastic stay that I would definitely recommend!

Wonderful hotel

Great for a weekend break. Hotel was very clean, staff were extremely helpful and it’s close to local amenities. Vincent in particular was very helpful and his local knowledge was brilliant!

Sophisticated Hotel

Stunning hotel, very near to the train station and UN attraction. You get free travel but I was only told about this when I arrived. It would have been useful to have at the airport. The hotel is modern and the staff are polite and very helpful. The only downside was the bathroom decore. It was very old fashioned compared to the rest of the hotel. I will stay here again.

Intercontinental is a beautiful hotel with very nice grounds. The only issue is that is a taxi ride from everything. You cannot simply walk around town and shop. You have to get in some kind of a transportation to get to all those areas.
