Bungalow East by the beach has everything you need to enjoy all the action in Geneva-on-the-Lake! Located at the east end of the Strip but still with a high walkability rating to all attractions and Geneva State Park, the Bungalow has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath with 2 queen beds and 2 full sleeper sofas to accommodate up to 8 people. Best of all, this completely remodeled home is situated directly across the street from the public beach.
Amenities offered by the pet friendly Bungalow East include: A/C; Wi-Fi and cable; Fully stocked kitchen with cookware, dishes, silverware, and cooking utensils; Fresh linens and towels for each guest. The Cottage’s outdoor entertainment space features a wood burning fire pit, cozy seating, and stocked propane grill. There is a wood fire pit with chairs that is a common space for the 3 vacation rentals on this property. (wood is provided)
Check in is 4:00 p.m. and checkout is 11:00 a.m. Parking for up to 3 vehicles is easily accessible just off Lake Road.
Geneva-on-the-Lake in Ashtabula County, Ohio, is an old-fashioned lakefront getaway offering something for everyone, and the Bungalow East is in an ideal location for walking and easy driving to attractions on the famous entertainment Strip and north shore.

• Restaurants, nightclubs, amusement rides, live entertainment, arts, unique shopping, and arcades provide entertainment for everyone in your group, including the Tuesday concerts in Township Park.
• Play a round of golf at one of Geneva’s in-town or area golf courses. For family fun try one of the many miniature golf courses.
• Explore more than 20 Northeast Ohio wineries just minutes from Bungalow East. The Ashtabula and Lake County grape-growing regions produce most of Ohio’s wine grapes, giving our area the reputation as the state's finest. And don’t forget about our famous covered bridges.
• Arriving by boat? Dock within the safety of the harbor at nearby Geneva State Park. And Lake Erie itself has so much to offer: Book a sunset cruise or a fishing charter. Swim at the State Park or stroll along the beach, then take a ride on the Ferris wheel. There are several restaurants and wineries right on the lake, and our spectacular sunsets offer the perfect subject for photo enthusiasts.

Pretty nice indeed
Overall even though we only stayed two nights, it was very spacious and clean. My only complaint would be the stiffness of the beds. I honestly slept better on the pull out bed from the couch. Though I would come back again.

Enjoyed our stay!
We enjoyed our stay - the cottage was comfortable. It was convenient to access the park for our puppies, or walk to town for coffee, breakfast, dinner, etc. The only caveat is the noise at night - the area is mainly younger people who want to be on the strip, so it was still noisy at 1:45am. You may like that, it was tolerable for us, but not ideal. Nothing the owner can do about that!

Place was close to the strip. Clean and neat. They property had two pull out sofas, we were missing linens for one. Called the property management and they had some dropped off the next morning. We had a great time!!

Where is the Lake ?
Made it sound like cottages were on the lake or overlooking the lake . the only thing we overlooked was the parking lot and another cottage . The park is down the street a couple miles away . I am on disability so I was not able to enjoy the lake from our cottage .

We enjoyed staying at your facility. Overall the unit was very nice except there was no closet to hang up clothes. We did have to wash the floors because they were dirty and our feet kept getting dirty. We are thinking about booking again next year during the same time

Cute space for a few nights. Basic comforts met. A few notes: Light on oven was on when not in use. Oven smoked when heating up pizza due to Quite a lot of residue in bottom of oven. Not enuf dinner plates or chairs around table. Screens needed in some windows.

A good little getaway.
The stay was fine, and the rooms were as they should be. Could have done without the construction next-door, but understand that progress was being made. It was nice that it was within walking distance of everything. There was a little bit of previous damage that hopefully they are already aware of, like the broken gas shock on the door and the scuffs in the second bedroom to the right on the light switch wall. All in all, it was a fine stay. Thank you for accommodating us on such short notice. (things that could be addressed or added to the comforts of stay) a portable fan for sleeping in the bedrooms, some form of digital clock/radio. Possibly extra hooks in the bathroom for towels like on the back of the door. or even coasters for drinks. (Things that do need to be fixed ) The plunger in the bathroom sink is broken and doesn’t allow water to go down. The gas shock on the screen door. And glue the beach sign over the sink back together…… Just some helpful suggestions to give you positive feedback to make others stay potentially more enjoyable.
