"Staff is super nice. Hotel is a bit outdated, the rooms can use a decoration refresh but they are big and clean. About a 10 min walk to Gengenbach town centre. Didn’t eat at the restaurant but the vibe looked relaxing. "

"This is a perfect holiday location....the apartment has everything you need & was spotlessly clean. Gengenbach is probably the prettiest town we saw in the Black Forest & a fantastic base to explore the region. We stayed 11 nights & used the train on the Konus card scheme every day bar 1.....great for taking the stress away & having a German beer or 2! Anja was fantastic in welcoming us & giving lots of tips on where to eat etc....she was always at the end of the phone if we had a question....

"My husband and I, our daughter and grandchildren spent part of a weekend here. The accommodations were perfect for our needs right down to the games and puzzles for the children! The highlight of this stay though was our host. They were extremely accommodating and very communicative. It made everything go very smoothly for us and we enjoyed our stay thoroughly. "Etwas chaotisch beim.Check in und Check out...aber ansonsten ein schöner Aufenthalt. Massagen oder Anwendungen würde ich vor Ort buchen...auch da gab es Probleme...konnten keine Massage wie geplant erhalten. Ansonsten waren wir mit der Unterkunft und dem Frühstück zufrieden."
