Staff were very nice and helpful, the place was located right on the bus line and fairly close to the metro, and there were some great dining options all within walking distance. We were very happy at Saray.

Generally, the hotel was great, its just a little dated, there are landline links right next to the bed but if you want to use the plug next to the bed you have to unplug the lamp, the chairs although not all to important are not the most comfortable, the mattress was pretty good, its memory foam ...
