"Absolutely the best experiences iv ever had thank you for the team for making me feel comfortable. Also i would definitely come back again when im in paris. Thank you. But 1 thing tho if theres any bins kept inside the room apart from the small one in the bathroom which i have to keep on going up and down to throw the rubbish away. Also the bugs that come through the window and the AC Blowing out hot air need a little improvement other than that customer service was 100% made me feel welcome...

"A 14 euro price was advertised for the hot buffet. We ended up paying around 26 euro because we took a few lettuce leaves and a desert. Poor explanation for buffet formula and very much overpriced for what it was. Spiral staircase steep and slippery with heavy luggage "
