We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hideaways. The staff were very helpful and friendly. If you don’t feel like going anywhere else there is a nice beach and restaurant right on the property. Hideaways is also fairly centrally located on the island of Exuma so if you want to go exploring it’s easy to do so in either direction. We had an island view room which was very spacious and quiet but they have beach bungalows that I want to stay in on our next visit. Can’t wait to go back!!

We left after 2 days and went to a much nicer place. We were told it was Beach front accommodations, when booking this vacation, It was NOT we were 1/4 mile off beach up a hill We were very disappointed, asked the staff if we could up grade No because we booked thru Expedia , and manager was shocked when we told her we left.

When a tour is booked there should always be a room number or a number provided for communication. There is no service between 8pm to 8am so there should not be anything booked between those times if there is no one to reach out to you in your room in case of miscommunication.

Check in was easy. Staff were friendly friendly! Property was an excellent surprise .. We had a little bungulo with cold ac, warm water, refrigerator and clean. Beach and pool was easily accessible and water was clear. Close to downtown for ferry to chit and chat. It was a quiet and relaxing time. The restaurants serve good food and very convenient.
