The entire two story townhouse and patio with too many amenities to list is for your private use.

The air conditioned townhouse is very large. It is set up with two large bedrooms each with an en-suite bath on the ground floor with the living space, kitchen, additional half bath and laundry room on the second floor. This allows you to take advantage of the sweeping ocean views from the private balcony off the living room.

There is a roomy full kitchen with appliances (large and small) and all the essentials. Of course there is a blender for making the requisite frozen cocktails.

There is a separate laundry room with full size washer and dryer for those sandy days at the beach.

The entire home has dedicated high speed internet. The work space includes a monitor and printer/scanner. Be warned, you are not going to want to work with the beautiful view right out the window.

Both bedrooms have a king size bed. The comfortable pull out sofa has a new memory foam mattress.

The balcony with grill, table and chairs is a great spot to watch the boats sail by or an early morning sunrise.

The house is located right on a beautiful white sand beach just steps from the front door.

One of the top rated beaches in the world, Jolly Hall Beach, is just behind the house, no more than a five minute stroll along another beautiful beach.

The main town, George Town is only a mile away.

The famous fish fry shacks (including Shirley’s) are a short walk down the sidewalk (the only sidewalk I’ve ever seen in Great Exuma is between the resort and the fish fry).

You simply cannot beat the location.

Hop the water taxi to Stocking Island. Here you can visit the famous Chat n’Chill Beach Bar and Grill. Don’t miss the Sunday pig roast.

The property is located within the Palm Bay Beach Club which is a group of about 80 privately owned villas. A separate company provides resort amenities within the club. You have full use of the common areas, such as the beach, but NOT the items provided by the separate company. This allows me to keep my costs down. The resort amenities that are NOT included are:
1. Shuttle to George Town.
2. Small Gym
3. Towel service: (I provide plenty of towels for your use and there is a full size washer/dryer in the villa.)
4. Business centre: (The villa has high speed internet, monitor and printer/scanner that can be used wirelessly by computer or mobile device.)
5. Pool/beach chairs: (I provide portable beach and lounge chairs for your person use. There are 6 lounge chairs and beach chairs. They fold up so can also be taken to the beach or the other beaches you will want to explore.)
6. Kayaks, stand up paddle boards, etc.: (The villa has two stand up paddle boards for your private use. There are also seats that can be attached so that they can be used like kayaks.)
7. Pool. (The beach is right outside the door!)
