"Checkin was easy, property was exactly as described, lots of room and the handicap accessibility was perfect for my father-in -law. We had so much fun just relaxin and fishing. The back has a beautiful view of lake for early morning coffee, the dock was easily fishable and we caught a few bass. We will definitely be repeat renters as we have family and friends in Eufaula and it's where my husband grew up!"

"Everything was as stated in the listing. Was peaceful and had plenty of room. Our son and daughter in law came and joined us and was supposed to leave on Sunday but was enjoying themselves too much to leave. They ended up staying until Tuesday morning. The lights in the kitchen were very dim, but other than that, it was worth it."

"When I booked this stay, I wanted something on the water and close to town. This is the perfect combination! We loved the “jail” house and the history. We are so thankful for the preservation of this piece of history and the owner’s willingness to share this rare and special house. Host let us know early that the house was ready which we appreciate and they are willing to extend check out if there’s no one coming that day. Would definitely stay here again."

"This was a lovely studio apartment. Great for 1 or 2 people. I truly enjoyed waking up and being able to look out at the Lake each morning, either from the outside deck or the large inside windows. Note: the microwave does have convection, air fry, and broil settings - thus, there are more "cooking" options than i thought. And the host graciously answered all my questions. "The house was very nice and clean. However the back porch had not been cleaned in some time but the owner corrected that issue. We still could not use the patio since the cushions needed replacing badly. Beautiful setting right on the water. But quite far from civilization."

"We have stayed at several locations on Lake Eufaula over the years. This was by far the best lot we have ever enjoyed. It was a gentle slope down to the water and had a small sandy beach area that the children loved. It was easy to get our boat in and out and was a short distance to Baker's Landing when we ran out of bait."
