It’s obviously an older hotel. Bathroom faucets were loose and the towel holder needs repaired. I couldn’t control the air so I was uncomfortably warm while sleeping. A noise above my room was constant. The bed was clean and comfortable. The room was larger than most.

Parked at Lady Luck but were too early to check in to our room. After dinner and gaming, we went to check in but there was no one at the Lady Luck desk, with a sign saying we had to go to the Horseshoe Casino to check in, which is about a 400 yard each direction walk.

We stayed at this hotel because it has EV chargers but not only did they not work we were charged $100 and had to go to another hotel to charge were it is free. The staff of the hotel said they couldn't help and to call the number on the chargers. We did call and that company said not there problem and will not give the money back. DON'T USE THE EV CHARGERS

We only spoke with the man who checked us in, but he was friendly and efficient. The hotel was clean and we would definitely go back.
