"The interior of the property was very clean with a comfortable family room for socializing:). The neighborhood felt very safe and the drive for groceries was not too long. The exterior amenities could have used a bit of love...the screened porch wasn't particularly clean and the floor fan provided for air circulation was dusty...we couldn't really use it without just adding more dust and pollen to the area. The upper deck of the dock offered AMAZING sunset views, but there was fowl excrement on...
