"Its a scam! Place looks nothing like the one advertised. They gave me a room with a broken bed, busted door lock, AC not working, unsanitary bathroom - urin running underneath the toillette, busted bathroom door, broken shower door, broken shower floor. I told them this is not what I paid for and they didn't care. Once I complained to expedia they told Expedia they will reimburse me part of my stay only if I do not post pictures of the actual place. It was unacceptible!! They never reimbursed me...

"Lovely guest house meant for groups and families. Rooms were scrupulously clean and so were communal areas. There is a kitchen and laundry (washer) facilities available. The location was ideal and within easy walking distance of most things in central Batumi including the beach, promenade and the historic center.
