"We couldnt have asked for a better stay! Four out of the six people in our party were celebrating our birthday season. We came to have a great time and we did!Early check is was offered, which was a nice touch (we couldn't take advantage of the offer though). Check in was as easy as they come! The door code was sent shortly before check in time and it worked as it should. Everything was as represented in the listing. There was plenty of room for everyone in our party. Location was perfect to the event we were attending. The neighborhood was clean and very quiet. Parking is a bit tight as it is a row townhouse but our guests were able to make it work.The couple minor issues that did arise were responded to quickly by the host (nothing that required someone to come out). Communication was probably the best for any property I've stayed at previously.All in all we had a great birthday trip. Thank you for providing an amazing property!"

"I'll start by saying the home and lot are beautiful and Woody is an EXCEPTIONAL Host. I stayed in the bedroom with the black and white art on the walls and the bed was the perfect balance of support and softness for my bad back, which is rare in an short term rental or hotel! We had some water pressure/flow issues completely beyond Woody's control on a Friday evening. She was so wonderful, working with me collaboratively to find solutions to make this weekend great, finding options while the rest of my group finished the trek from Florida. I'm loyal to staying with Woody EVERY TIME I'm back for the GA Renaissance Festival!! "

"We stayed for a weekend but could have stayed longer! Perfect amount of space for a group of 7 adults. Great group space with plenty of room for privacy. The door chime is obnoxiously loud. There are a lot of rules and you definitely feel like you’re being monitored while there. Not a deal breaker, just something to keep in mind. "
