Post and beam cabin that sleeps 10+ with a chef's kitchen is the perfect summer getaway for your family.

Grab a book and relax by the wood fireplace OR enjoy games, ping pong, puzzles, foosball table, 60" TV, and a bar in the expansive walk out basement.

Two docks along 240” of beach access & wood fired hot tub + Sauna is perfect for families. Also enjoy the water with a lily pad, kayaks and stand up paddle boards.

Plenty of Muskoka chairs to enjoy beautiful sunsets on quiet Twelve Mile Bay. Please note both the sauna and hot tub are wood fired, they require you to feed it wood and the temperature is unregulated, it is not a traditional hot tub and requires a lot of attention - no children should ever be alone near both sauna and hot tub.

Great Family Cottage
With perfect weather and a great cottage, we made memories for our family that will last a lifetime. From the great grandfather to the great grandchildren, our family was able to reconnect and have a wonderful week at this lovely cottage. Great beach for the kids to play and a huge dock for all of us to relax and watch them play. Gradual entry into the water and not too many steps down from the cottage to the water. Comfortable beds and rooms for everyone. Very well equipped cottage. Very responsive host !

We loved our stay at this property! The only complaint is that we didn't stay long enough! We wanted a place where the house rental was the destination and this house did not disappoint! Between all the different outdoor and indoor activities there was something for all ages and for all weather conditions. We'd love to stay again and see the house in different seasons.

Weekend Away with the guys.
The guys and I had a wonderful time at this location. Even though we didn't land any big fish, we had a quiet and relaxing experience. Twelve Mile bay is very quiet and made for some nice crusing in the boat. We enjoyed sitting out on the dock, by the fire, and using the hot tub and sauna. The beds were comfortable and we all had good sleeps. The owner was very pleasant to work with and made sure we were well informed about the place and was quick to answer our questions. The lads couldn't stop commenting on how great this place is.

Great cottage for large gatherings. So much to do both indoors and outdoors We rented in the fall and still took advantage of all the activities. Hope to rent in the summer next
