"First of all, we were actually impressed and glad that upon arriving early in the morning with no notice to the hotel, they had our room ready. But then once seeing the room - dirty and stuffy, we weren’t too happy anymore. Food is a buffet, so expectations weren’t high to begin with. It is self served, including beverages. "Liked the pool, the location, the food and the beach. Service was a bit slow, felt we we’re a bit of a nuisance. The room was a bit dark needed more light and updating especially the shower."
