"From the delicious meals to the excellent customer service, we felt that we were had boarded a luxurious ocean cruise and rather than checked into a hotel in the Alps. One can walk to hiking trails and jump on the cable cars directly from the hotel. Gerlos is a tiny tourist village filled with only hotels and restaurants, but there is a decent supermarket for grabbing drinks and snacks. "the hotel was very well located in Gerlos centre across the road from the ski bus. room was a good size, staff were friendly, the breakfast buffet was good and the restaurant food also hit he spot after a day on the hill. Car parking was about 50m up the road. Only gripe was the noise from the Cin-Cin bar across the road. It was noisy and necessitated the use ear plugs to get some sleep."
