"To start with, the receptionist gave us the wrong room and it was very difficult tocresolve as she didn't speak any English andvi didn’t speak German. But eventually we were moved to the room which looked more like we wanted. The room was excellent, roomy, clean andcthe bed was comfortable. 2 points could be improved 1. The pillows were very flat and hard, only 1 each. All other hotels provide 2 pillows. 2. No tea / coffee making facilities. Luckily, the morning receptionis speek some...

"Property is in an excellent location. The Altstadt is outside the back of the property and the shopping area is a block away. Parking is underground. The breakfast was great with everything you could want. The room we had overlooked the Altstadt area and was clean and quiet. If we return to Heppenheim this would our hotel of choice. Very highly recommend."
