"The location in terms of close to things- is super terrific. We walked to many lovely restaurants, very cool shopping and the pinball museum in my husband's case! I gave a 4 instead of 5 because of the pot smell from downstairs (next door.) Ask for instructions about AC as it might be unfamiliar, but it works well. The owner and manager communicate VERY well and made things very easy. The condo is spacious and appointed excellently. All in all a wonderful stay. "

"We have just returned home from a weekend at this VERY charming cottage like home in Fletcher, NC! We were in town for a wedding and this was the PERFECT location for all the activities involved. My son and his wife flew in from Chicago to join us and the airport was literally 5 minutes away! That being said, the home was tucked away on a wooded private cul de sac and you’d never know how close you were to the airport and other amenities. It was so clean and comfortable and would stay here...

"We were a party of four and really appreciated the cleanliness and character of this home. The beds were comfy and the outdoor spaces wonderful. There’s two separate loving and dining areas to enjoy. We saw the resident black bear and enjoyed how close this was to various Asheville spots. Would definitely stay here again. "

"This property allowed us to enjoy a mountain retreat while giving easy access to all the Asheville activities. Quick access to the mountain to sea trail and Blue Ridge Parkway provided plenty of hiking opportunities. The house was accurately described and the hot tub is a nice bonus. Please pay attention to the owners notes about bears and trash. We were lucky enough to see 4 bears at the property. Very cute, but be aware. We would definitely book this rental again. "

The home was perfectly equipped with quality items. The outdoor garbage was full however. And I could not locate any laundry soap for starting a load upon checkout. "
