"At check-in, we weren't informed of any details, such as breakfast time, wifi, pool hours, etc. I asked if we could be given an early breakfast. He said he would check on that, but we never got an answer. We got in the pool, which looked beautiful, but soon realized it was very dirty and full of bugs.
