"Impressively poor in so many ways. We only took it as a last resort, and you should have the same approach. Room door almost impossible to open because rubbed on floor - and that was AFTER they sent us to the wrong floor to find the room. No internet because "it's too weak to work there". Dangerously broken steps to rear balcony/patio, which was too overgrown to use anyway. See photo. Basically this is a dormitory-style place for young foolish skiiers and not much else."

"Ha sido un cúmulo de despropósitos: 1. Pedimos una habitación con cama doble y nos dieron una habitación con dos camas 2. No tienen WIFI para los clientes, y además los abonados (al menos de Orange) no tienen cobertura de teléfono. Es decir que, ya es grave no poder llamar por teléfono, pero eso no es su responsabilidad. Pero sabiendo esto, que no tengan WIFI ... es tener a los clientes incomunicados. 3. "We really liked this hotel because of the friendly staff, lovely room with a balcony, and the fantastic breakfast. There is also a super cool second floor patio which is available to all of the guests.
