"The property is great ans the staff are friendly. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was turned off because of the "season" and as a result the room was pretty warm. The staff gave me a fan but that was not enough. They shiuld consider that the winter season here is still pretty warm and some of us are not used to our rooms being that warm at night. Otherwise, this is a great, affordable place to stay."

"Stayed while competing in Valencia so didn’t use any of the sports facilities. Had a water leak that required 2 room moves and an overnight power cut. The staff were helpful but it took several hours to find an alternative room which was disappointing as it happened on the only free day we had and the hotel was far from full.
