"The staff is exceptional. If we asked for something we got it instantly. I literally saw the front desk attendant running to retrieve towels for my family. They have free snacks and beverages available 24/7. We asked for tea packets which they normally stock as part of their breakfast menu. They were unfortunately out, but instead of disappointing us they dipped into their personal supply and gave it to us. Very small town friendly!!! The rooms are older and adequate. "This hotel is not associated with Hotels.com anymore. I booked my room one year in advance and I got there and there was no vacancy. This business needs to be removed from Hotels.com so it doesn’t happen to somebody else. It was very frustrating and I had to buy camping gear last minute at Walmart, which was very costly. "
