"Room was nice although very hot with no air conditioning. Parking was kind of a pain. It’s a nearby public parking area. Very noisy. Trucks were unloading at 4 AM and made it hard to sleep. We were in a top level room which was on the third floor - be aware there is no lift as you would expect staying in a heritage building. "The historic home gave everyone their own space and plenty of activities. With loads of character and modern convenience we had everything we needed for a great summer holiday. With the weather being warm the pool was a welcome relief and had naturally warmed up to 23. The location was very central in burgundy and we had some great day trips. Highly recommended."

"The staff were very kind and courteous. The location is incredibly central - easy walking distance to the train station and all attractions, shopping, restaurants, etc. The rooms were perfectly fine - but definitely a bit run down and could use a finer cleaning. This had the effect of reducing the usable area of the 2.8 hectare property to the driveway and the apartment which was very disappointing to our group and difficult with small children. "Only issues we hand was there was used towels in the draw, ac not working too warm in the room. Breakfast was finishing too early as we had a long journey before hand and got to the hotel at 9pm didn’t get up in time. And no option to have it in the room like in other Novotel. The fresh paint work and repairing of room were obvious. "
