"The hotel is clean, but recaption staff are not professional. The gym is poor condition with equipment and opens from 10am till 10pm. I reserved the largest sweet and it’s small compared to other hotels. Bed are bad mattress everyday you’ll have back pain and ache. They try to squeeze money on normal services like asking for ice bucket which is free in all the hotels around the world. "

"Hotel is womderful. We had a terrible experience at the previous hotel we satyed and hotels.com was useless in helping us resolve our issue. But as soon as we got to the Hyatt it was great. The only disappointing part of the Hyatt is that we didnt stay there sooner and avoid the disaster we experienced. The hotel has multiple security checkpoints to enter and exit the property. "I was there for 4 days and 5 nights. The rooms are clean and up to date with a comfortable bed. The staff including the owners are very pleasant and helpful. The driver Yusuf is fun and a great asset to the hotel. I really enjoyed my stay. Thank you :) "
