"This was my second time staying at the Signature; great for short business trips. Not sure why they charge Platinum members for early check-in fees. Also, there is no airport pickup service. Apart from these two minor potential fixes, I’d recommend the place. Solomon was outstanding; he was responsive, very helpful, professional and super cool. "
