An authentic farmhouse converted into a wonderful property equipped with all modern amenities for a comfortable holiday, complete with free cable TV and Wifi.
The ground floor, with its lovely arches and thick stone walls, is taken up by a living room which comes off a dining/kitchen area (No AC units in these rooms), this room then leads out onto the spacious area surrounding the private pool and sundeck area.
The 4 bedrooms of which 3 have ensuite bathrooms are only accessible from outside the living quarters from the internal courtyard and only have open air staircases. These are located as follows; on the the 1st floor reachable only via an external staircase there is a twin and double both with ensuite facilities.
In a separate annex building accessible from outside the pool area only there are 2 more double bedrooms, one situated on 1st floor enjoys a large bathroom with a private balcony overlooking the pool, and right below on ground floor there is another double bedroom served by the family bathroom across the courtyard (not ensuite).
Parking
There is only space for 1 small car and since the property is located in a narrow alley, only loading and unloading can be done in front of property. Cars will need to be parked outside the alley around 80 meters walk.
Additional services:
Included in this accommodation: All beds will be prepared with the appropriate bed linen, along with extra blankets in the wardrobes should you need further layers. In addition to this, we provide 2 towels per person – which will be placed on the beds ready for use.
The bedrooms ONLY are equipped with AC units that are available with an electronic coin system (€1 & €2 coins) installed at property with a screen to display the credit remaining, each AC unit consumes around € 2.25 per night.
Maid service is included when you book for 8 nights or more.
We will also provide all bookings with 1x dishwasher tablet and 1x washing machine tablet per night of your stay.
Flights to Malta and ferry crossing to our island of Gozo:
Land in Malta International Airport and than ferry crossing to Gozo. We can offer Car Hire and/or Direct Transfers from Airport to property after making the booking by completing our flight arrival and departure details form.

Ghasri is the smallest village in Gozo and probably the most quiet. It is situated in the north west part of the island. Ramla beach is just 7 km away. The closest Restaurant is Ta' Salvina and is less than 1 km away from property.
The city of Victoria is 3.5 km from property and here you can enjoy the rich history from the knights time while unwinding yourself in one of the coffee shops you can find here. Bus 308 connects the village with Victoria, 3 km away. From Victoria, it is a 15-minute ride on bus 301 to reach Mgarr ferry terminal.
A mandatory fully refundable security deposit will be temporary held from a valid debit/credit card as follows:
€ 200 for up to 6 adults and
€ 400 from 7 adults and more
This amount is needed to cover for the following:
Any damages (excluding normal tear and wear)
Any missing items from the property
Any excessive noise that can create a nuisance to neighbours.
This amount will be temporary blocked from the card provided when prompted by our automated email system, and released automatically within 3-7 days of checkout. Baron Holiday Homes have 48 hours from checkout to report any damage or missing items to guest in writing.
