"The property is nice and good value in a great location. The one disappointment is that there was zero communication. Everything was communicated through AI bots. I had messaged to ask if there was a hairdryer before our trip. AI said yes but when we arrived there was no hairdryer. Several messages per day received only AI replies and it was never resolved. Go prepared to have no help when needed."

"The location was very walkable and overall the space was large and very ideal. Unfortunately I felt the condition of the property lacked care as there were several things broken (including the front door lock to the building) and there was a certain smell of vomit in the shower which I messaged the host about and they did not return my message about. Unfortunate because the space and location have a lot of potential if the ownership took more care and cleaned the place better."

Just 50 feet from the canal, 2 blocks from the belfry and church, 2 blocks from rail/bus stop, patisseries, restaurants, pubs, shops, and markets everywhere around you. "This property was clean as you would expect from a new build. We found that is was too small for a couple, and in my opinion this was not a studio but a very small room with very small kitchen. No where to relax after a long apart from a bed and a dinning chair. We have stayed at the apartment round the side of the arches and that is where we thought we had booked again as this apartment was excellent."

"A large soul less showroom flat. No pictures, no tourist information or maps. Everything was extra including having the rubbish removed.so you had to put your rubbish in public rubbish bins. All the appliances were high tech, instructions would have been very useful. When booking a flat we made sure there was outside space. There was a nice space but no furniture. It is a sad, because it was a lovely large flat in a good location. People need to understand the meaning of hospitality"
