"I have visited Ho Chi Minh over the past eight years, and each time, I have stayed at a hotel near my family home. However, on this visit, I stayed at the Holiday Inn Suite Saigon because it presented many upsides, like proximity to the airport, free shuttle bus from and to, and a superb large pool! The staff was outstanding. They constantly reached out to see if they could make my trip more enjoyable. I found a gem in this hotel and plan to book with them next year."

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the private tours were great - especially the Mekong Delta day trip. Staying in a non-touristy area was an immersive cultural experience. "Although it was situated in an alley and looked a bit small on the outside, this boutique hotel was a very nice place to stay in the Tan Bình district mainly for its big and modern rooms. I liked the room very much, we got a Premier Twin room with Balcony. It was spacious and nicely decorated with a modern decor. The breakfast buffet seemed small but it actually had most things I would want to eat for breakfast (only missing pancakes). My favourite part was they had made to order hot noodles...

Tv, fridge, aircon amc fan. Has an elevator. Hotel arranged for motorbike rental 150k a day delivered and picked up from Hotel. Parking is inside the hotel gates. "

"We really enjoyed the location, in Cho Lon area, means no other foreigners than us in the hotel and in the area. The staff was really devoted and easy-smiling, gave us good info (about Grab, SIM cards, etc) . The room was very very clean. The only small point was the fact that this room (804) located at the top of the hotel was also next to the lift machinery : that causes a kling-klong noise when the lift reverses its course. But we easily survived (9-nights) since this lift is quite not used...
