"The hotel is conveniently located near attractions in the Central Drakensberg. Check-in was easy and efficient. We had a problem with our air conditioner, which was swiftly resolved after reporting the issue. Parking is conveniently located close to the rooms. Breakfast was good with a good selection of food. "Loved staying at Ardmore with its family friendly, as well as couples, atmosphere. The dining staff were excellent and very friendly. Arrival was done very quickly and efficiently. The food was amazing and the Honesty Bar was a perfect touch with a great little atmosphere, each room had a little fire going and made the overall ambience very cosy and nice. Great stay would love to come back oneday."

"Cathkin Cottage was charming and cosy offering a homely feel to the traveller. Roger is a friendly host who always tries to keep you comfortable and even arranged for an emergency light through the loadshedding. It was a pleasant experience to have someone check on your meal preferences a day in advance and make arrangements for earlier than usual breakfast trips. "
