"The room was spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable. The pool was better than expected, the photos didn't do it justice, it was so welcome after a hot day exploring and great that the bar was right there for a wee apéritif. The staff were all friendly. We would def stay in another NH hotel again on another hotel!"

"The hotel is lovely and the staff were wonderful. We stayed in the family suite which was spacious and well appointed but had no windows or outdoor space so you felt like you were in a cave. The breakfast was delicious but came 30 minutes late and we had were rushing out the door. We did not feel safe in Palermo, our room had a crazy security system which also contributed to our unease. The city is very run down with many stray animals and homeless. We ended up leaving a day early. "
