"We enjoyed our experience with Nayah Stays. The accommodations were clean and comfortable and the facility was very nice - 2 pools! It's a little ways from the downtown area, but no more than a 5 min tok tok ride. The best part of our stay in El Gouna was our Nayah Stays host, Asmaa. She was always available to answer questions, provide guidance and offer suggestions. We felt right at home. Definitely recommend this stay!"

Perfect

"This was my 2nd stay at Prima Life & the high standard has been maintained. Ahmed kept my room very clean & i found him very helpful. Kamul's omelette tossing skills are 2nd to none & he always had a cheery smile no matter the hour. Mohammed on the dining room drinks was again always hpful & always cheerful. All the staff work hard to keep the whole resort clean even to collecting each morning any detritus that the guests have dropped in the sand like cigarette butts."

"Really enjoyed my stay at Cooks Club. The resort was clean, quiet and safe. It has everything you need but also in walking distance to many bars and restaurants. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. We even had our own ambassador named Michael who was always available for any of our needs. Also there is a spa located right next door to the resort that was wonderful! Would definitely stay here again. "

Shaky start but excellent

"Check in was not ideal and they originally refused to accommodate my ask of a double bed. We also watched some people get welcome drinks while we were left to stand around waiting. That said the manager was able to swiftly sort the problem and the rest of the stay was lovely This is a great hotel, Really nice cool area and the beach area is also lovely. The buffet was good with lots of options. I definitely stay here again"
