"The room was huge size not typical Japanese room. Amazing. Location was superb. Staff was nice. "

"It was isolated. Staff did not speak any English. Although they were nice and tried to communicate but it was really hard. And if you are vegetarian you are out of luck neither one of the three restaurants offer any veggie food "

"Basic but quiet and I slept really well. Location is in the red light district, seemed safe enough if you kept to yourself. The breakfast wasn’t amazing. Helpful staff. "

"The room could use a luggage rack, a safe (don’t know why there wasn’t one), body lotion and a hand towel. Only one towel? Is it really too much to ask for a bottle of water upon check-out? I only had coffee, no doughy breakfast, so I should have gotten one. The young woman in the breakfast area reminded me of a stern school mistress. She should not deal with the public. The older woman was lovely. The two front steps should have some kind of reflective tape. They could be dangerous. Would I stay there again? No. "

"Very close to the Meitetsu station as we needed to head to the airport the next day. There is a Family Mart that is attached to the hotel which is convenient. The check in process is a bit odd where we were greeted by staff at the front reception to fill out information and then use the machine to get our card keys and room number. Amenity bar has everything you need. "
