"The house was beautiful. Initially it was not easy to find and we had to ask neighbors where the house was located. When we got to the house, the house manager informed us of the daily housekeeping fees which were not listed in our contract which were significantly more money out of pocket. They blamed VRBO for not updating the house description. The home did not have complimentary soaps or shampoo as stated. The patio area and stairs were not cleaned. "This is a good place to live with. Extremely convenient to the port and all the shops. The room is a little small and squeezed, I couldn’t even put my toothbrush in the bathroom. By walking around, it seems most of the hotels in Ilha Grande island may be small, but I am not sure. Overall it is a nice and convenient place to live if you don’t mind about the size of the room"

"A very nice hotel in Angra. Valet parking was a real plus. Breakfast options were plentiful, and the topmost floor had a lot of space to hang out or work. The area offered a wide variety of dining options within walking distance. Despite the name Angra Beach Hotel, it is not located by the beach, but it offers a free daily pass to a very nice beach in the Ilha da Jipoia. I will stay at this hotel again if I am ever back in Angra."
